The exceptionality of this supplement lies in the fact that the inorganic
trace elements are present in the form of organic complexes just
like in oceanic environment, which maximizes their bioavailability for

As far as dissolved matter is concerned, Growth & Colour BOOSTER
provides the corals as well as other living organisms with sufficient
amounts of the necessary inorganic and organic nutrients to achieve:

Compatibility
Growth & Colour BOOSTER is not identical to the combinations
of SOL DOM + SOL TRACE supplements (if applied in the Marine Line concept)
or Trace Elements PP + CoraCold PP + all CS CoraDOM supplements (Vitamins,
Carbo H, Amino A, Poly A + Fatty A). The reason is the difference in
the absolute concentrations and concentration rates of the complex acids,
as well as in the character of the method used for supplement production.
As Growth & Colour BOOSTER is fully compatible with the other coral-shop
product concepts, it is possible to replace it with „sister“ supplements,
which in the given concept serve the resupply of trace elements and dissolved

When using the Profi Plus concept, it is possible to apply the basic
supplements (Ca + Mg + KH Buffer + Sr + B + I + K) and with the application
of the Growth & Colour BOOSTER supplement replace:

In all cases of Growth & Colour BOOSTER application, the parallel
use of “sister” products is also possible. A typical example is the use
of Growth & Colour BOOSTER (in any concept) and the simultaneous application
of amino acids (CoraDOM Amino A), vitamins (CoraDOM Vitamins) and for
instance Iodine (I Profi Plus) and Strontium (Sr Profi Plus). This and
other similar combinations are often encountered in tanks extensively populated
with hard corals.

Exceedingly high concentration of mineral and organic nutrients.
This may be the cause of loss of the bright coral coloration, an unnatural
colour change - usually browning - and unwanted algae and cyanobacteria
colonies growth. Limit the dosage or even temporarily interrupt supplement
application and wait until the situation improves. The unfavourable
situation may last even weeks, because primarily algae generate metabolic
nutrient reserves for a rather long time.
First-time
application
If your tank is NOT highly populated with invertebrates,
the initial dosage should be ca 5 ml / 100 l water / week. The dosage
may then be gradually increased, as long as none of the above mentioned
overdose symptoms occur. The optimal dosage in highly populated tanks
may be even higher than suggested one and its adjustment is always
a matter of experimentation.
